Starting this week off with the HUGE topic of Nutrition.
Throughout the week we will bring encouraging and helpful information to get you started off on the right steps.
A few things to think about this week..
1) What do you want out of your nutrition?
2) What are you goals?
3) It’s not as difficult as you may think!
4) Take one step at a time to focus on better nutrition.
I have attached a podcast that I highly recommend you listen to this week. It’s from one of our favorite CrossFit coaches, Ben Bergeron. He is a brilliant man and communicates very well. You will see this over the next few weeks as we will share a lot of his podcast. **Up that water intake to the proper amount.

TIP: Start each day with a full glass of water as soon as you wake up, BEFORE your coffee!
**Feeling like you’ve gotta pee all the time? Keep up the good fight! It’s a phase and generally only lasts about 6-9 weeks… (yes, it is still worth it)
**MAKE THE SWITCH: Replace SODA with SPARKLING WATER. One of the main differences between soda and sparkling water is the high sugar content or artificial sweeteners in soda. For heavy soda drinkers, or for those who need a more exciting drink than plain water, sparkling water is a great substitute.
** TIP: Find a water bottle that entices you to drink your water. Put your favorite stickers on it have fun. DRINK MORE WATER!
If you are wanting to track your food this is an app that a few of us use. It takes a bit to get used to but overall pretty easy. And we can follow each and see what other ppl are eating, for ideas, help, and accountability.
