With the current Covid-19 situation we wanted to provide you all with some fun and doable workouts so you can stay active and entertained. We have put together a handful of workouts that anyone can do anywhere with zero equipment needed.

We will continue to follow guidelines given to us and do our best to take care of our community. CrossFit is such a wonderful community across the world and everyone is coming together and sharing countless workouts that can be done from home, so don’t worry we’ve got you covered!

Side Note: all the music done for these videos were created by our son Ethan. He’s so pumped that we used his stuff and thinks he’s going to get famous by being on YouTube. (middle schoolers LOL) But give him some love next time you see him, he has a blast messing with beats.

Do what you need to do to stay safe.
Wash your hands.
Don’t panic.
Have fun.
