Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete, our coaches will meet you where you’re at and help you scale workouts to fit your current ability. All you have to do is show up — we’ll guide the rest.
master classes
Fitness doesn’t have an age limit — and our Masters Class is proof. This class is specially designed for adults 65+ who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent.
We use functional movement patterns with low-impact modifications to reduce stress on the joints while still challenging the body in a safe, intentional way. Every movement can be adapted — and every win is celebrated.
small group
Want a more personalized approach without losing the energy of a group? Our Small Group Personal Training offers focused coaching in a smaller setting of just 2–6 people.
Each session is tailored to your goals while still following functional fitness principles — perfect if you’re looking for extra attention, accountability, and a training plan that works for you. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their movement, build strength, or work through specific limitations.
nutrition coaching
Fitness is just one part of the equation — true health happens through daily habits. Our one-on-one Nutrition Coaching takes a whole-person approach that includes food, yes, but also sleep, stress, movement, mindset, and more.
This isn’t about fad diets or rigid plans. It’s about sustainable changes that support your life. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, or simply feeling more in control of your health, we’ll help you build a path that works — and walk it with you.
teens class
Our Teens program is built to help young athletes develop strength, coordination, confidence, and a love for movement — all in a safe, coached environment.
We focus on form, fundamentals, and fun. Whether your teen is looking to complement sports training or just stay active and engaged, this class meets them where they are and helps build healthy habits that last.
dumbbells & diapers
This one’s for the moms. Dumbbells & Diapers is a postpartum-friendly class designed to help you safely rebuild strength, reconnect with your core, and support your pelvic floor — all while moving your whole body in a way that feels good.
Babies are welcome (and encouraged!) to join you on the floor. Whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your journey, this is a space to move, connect, and grow stronger — physically and emotionally — alongside other moms who get it.
