What Is Bring a Friend Week?

From September 15–20, every single class at Wayfinder will be open for you to bring friends — for free!

Maybe you’ve been curious about what it’s like to work out here.
Maybe you’ve got a friend or coworker who’s been “thinking about it” but hasn’t taken the first step.
Maybe you’re a parent or spouse who just wants to see what the Wayfinder community is all about.

This is the week to jump in.


How It Works

  • When: September 15–20, during all classes.
  • Who: Anyone — bring as many friends as you’d like (up to 15 people per class).
  • Cost: 100% free.
  • Registration: Your friends will need to sign up ahead of time at this link → Register Here.

What to Expect in Class

If you’re new, don’t worry — these workouts are built with you in mind.

✅ Every workout is easily modifiable so you can go at your own pace.
✅ We’ll include partner options so you get to move and have fun with the friend who brought you.
✅ Our coaches will guide you through everything — from warm-up to cool down.

All you have to do is show up.
